#Whole30 #WholeLent Day 3.

Sleep: deep, broken only once to take Hobbes out to pee. I slept nearly eight hours in total & woke up feeling refreshed.

Breakfast: S&SBC, green grapes, & extra-special coffee (coffee, collagen powder, coconut oil, ghee, blended together into a froth).

Snack: a few spoonfuls of Madras chicken salad before...

Exercise: 2,700 yards swimming.

Post workout snack: Epic lamb bar.

Lunch: polished off the Madras chicken salad, half a green kombucha, & half a cup of black coffee, because it was left over from this morning.

Exercise: two short dog walks, one with Shadeaux & one with Hobbes (his first walk!) & [livejournal.com profile] hotpantsgalore.

Dinner: my lunch salad (diced deli turkey, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, Tessamae's balsamic vinaigrette), which I did not feel like eating at lunch, & Mama's spaghetti sauce with Italian sausage over mixed veggie noodles. I drank a grapefruit LaCroix. This is one of my favorite meals.

Today was a superb Whole30 day. I'm full, well-exercised, & relaxed.
