Breakfast: one slice of sausage/greens/cauli-grits casserole. One strawberry Icelandic yogurt with blueberries & raspberry sauce.
AA: one cup of coffee with half'n'half
Snack after swimming: banana & LaCroix
Lunch: two eggs, one slice of bacon, potatoes & Serrano peppers
Snack: cream cheese brownie & decaf coffee with half'n'half & sugar

Dinner: chili, cornbread, kale salad, brownie.
