Food log, Day 1b.
AA: two cups of coffee with half'n'half, creamer, & sugar. 750 mL of water.
Breakfast: slice of Southern Paleo casserole.
Lunch: an entire batch of NNP's Madras chicken salad. I.... have no regrets ....
Dinner: Steve, Brianna, & Mary came over. We had curried pork chops & carrots over quinoa, with steamed broccoli as a side. Then we went out to Sweet Action & I had a single scoop of cherry vanilla ice cream on a cake cone.
Today could very easily have been a W30 day.
