#Whole30 #WholeLent Day 2.

Sleep: it was OK but broken by a restless puppy. Hit snooze on the alarm, had trouble getting out the door, got stuck in traffic on Santa Fe/I-25, & missed Matins. Sigh.

Breakfast: slice of S&SBC, black coffee.

Snack: apple.

Lunch: lunch salad (diced deli turkey, lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Tessamae's balsamic vinaigrette), some Madras chicken salad, & some of Mama's spaghetti sauce over mixed veggie noodles. Yum yum yum.

Snack: coconut cream Larabar.

Exercise: did the Loretto Heights loop with Shadeaux. It's a little less than two miles.

Dinner: finished off that rather uninspired stir fry I made last week (chicken, pea pods, mushrooms, onions, & Mel Joulwan's Sunshine Sauce). I have heard about Sunshine Sauce forever & it was a disappointment. I may make another batch & add some fish sauce to see if I can punch it up to something more to my taste. I also ate a package of roasted beets & drank a LaCroix lime water.

Overall, another pretty good day. I know that S&SBC by itself is not enough breakfast, so the snacking was not a surprise. But I didn't have any real cravings today, which was nice.

I may have misread your snack as a coconut cream Labrador. That is a biiiiig snack.

I prefer coconut cream Catahoulas.
