#whole30 WholeLent, Day 11.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of andouille bacon, 3 1/2 eggs, scrambled with coconut cream & a little bit of bell pepper & onion, topped with salsa, half a grapefruit.

Snack Lunch: 2 slices of sweet potato quiche.

Snack: Beef Epic bar.

Snack: prosciutto muffin, sweet potato quiche. Today is Breakfast Day, apparently.

Dinner: went to Braun Taphaus for dinner, had an ahi tuna salad with avocado, mango, cucumber, & tons of greens, with a lime-cilantro dressing. Had a side order of sweet potato waffle fries as well. SOO good. Really delicious & satisfying meal.

Tomorrow we're going skiing, so it's bedtime.
