#whole30 WholeLent, Day 12.

Sleep: Not great. Apparently I was snoring, so
hotpantsgalore put me out on the sofa around 4 AM. Sorta snoozed there until 5:30 AM wakeup call for skiing.
Breakfast: prosciutto muffin, slice of sweet potato quiche, half an avocado, black Scottish breakfast tea.
Snack: half a banana.
Lunch: Epic turkey bar, coconut Larabar.
Snack: apple pie Larabar.
Dinner: Beau Jo's in Idaho Springs. HPG & Bobo Bro both ordered pizza - & I really didn't even want it. I had a huge salad with grilled chicken & it was awesome.
Snack: cup of bone broth & a small serving of pork/kale/squash stew.
