Halloween-themed Friday Five

1. What was your favorite Halloween costume, and why?

My mom made me a kickass Bugs Bunny outfit one year. The ears stood way up so I was extra-tall (for an eight-year-old).

2. Tell us about your first Halloween memory.

None are jumping to mind ... I remember having to leave a haunted house once because my younger brother Ty got too scared. We must have been pretty young.

3. In hindsight, what was your most humiliating costume?

One year I just wore my aikido dogi as a costume. It was embarrassing because lots of my aikido classmates were at the party, & quite a few of them had taken the same shortcut,so the Halloween party kind of looked like aikido class.

4. When was the last time you went trick or treating?

Hmm. Maybe eight grade? I'm not sure.

5. What is your favorite candy to receive on Halloween?

Kit Kats. Mmmm, love those things. They taste even better over here than they do at home. In fact, chocolate in general is far superior here compared to home.

6. What was the worst thing you ever received while trick or treating?
