Do you two remember the sink in that apartment you shared over near North Campus?

Do you remember the sink sprayer hose that sink had? Like these. Do you remember that, if you put a rubber band around the handle of that sprayer, the next time someone turned on the sink they would get sprayed right in the midriff with a jet of water? Do you remember that I was FUNDAMENTALLY incapable of NOT putting a rubber band on that sprayer just about every time I was in your apartment?

My new apartment in Galveston has a lovely kitchen, with a lovely sink, that is furnished with a sprayer hose! As you may know, hotpantsgalore moved in with me about two weeks ago. I have been trying to resist the urge to prank her, but this morning? She left a rubber band laying on the drainboard RIGHT NEXT TO THE SPRAYER. So much for self-control. I rigged the sprayer hose & left for work.

About 9 AM I got about five text messages, all containing variations of the opinion that I am a complete jerk who should expect to be locked out of the house when I get home tonight, if indeed hotpantsgalore hasn't just left me & gone back to NYC.

I can't stop laughing. I just can't help it. I am a jerk!

Anyway, this made me think of your apartment & made me remember renospalace in particular punching me in the arm after I got her for about the ninth time.
