WARMDOWN = about 175 yards

7 x 25 from center of pool, focus on turns,in order of turns in a 200 IM

Total workout = 2,675 yards in ~50 minutes (we had trouble getting the lane lines put in).
I did 2,625 yards.
2016 cumulative distance = 24,725 yards (14.0 miles).
