Sleep: good but not great. My left shoulder is hurting.

Breakfast: S&SBC topped with an egg over easy, two slices of bacon, & coffee with collagen, coconut oil, & ghee.

Exercise: walked Shadeaux & did some housecleaning (washed the hardwood floors).

Lunch: leftover Mulligatawny stew, some green grapes.

Snack: apple pie Larabar.

Dinner: had the Gaums over for dinner. We grilled sirloin steaks & marinaded butternut squash. They brought a salad, which certainly had a non-compliant dressing. But whatever, life>>Whole30. The grilled squash was delicious, sweet, & satisfying. I drank two cans of LaCroix with dinner & we had a fruit salad (pineapple, berries, orange, chopped fresh mint) for dessert.

I was a bit cranky today but for Day 4, the infamous "Kill All The Things Day", I think I felt pretty good.
