Total workout = as written 5,200 yards in ~90 minutes. But we ran out of time.
I did 4,450 yards, including ALL of the butterfly (w00t!).
Cumulative distance with the Longhorns = 91,050 yards (51.7 miles).

These posts are short, clear, and give me ideas for ways of turning "swim laps for half an hour" into something more interesting. So that when I get my butt into the pool again, I can have more fun.

Also, these posts help a little with my walking. Seeing someone else out there putting similar amounts of time into exercise helps a lot. And while swimming doesn't translate directly to walking, the way the workouts are broken up give me ideas of how to get through long treadmill sessions until the sidewalks and trails are clear enough to not be dangerous.
