Today was a taper workout in preparation for Saturday's meet, the Schwimmfest.

Warmup:
250 swim free
150 drill free
200 kick/swim free by 25

First set:
4 x 75 choice 1:15 (a little too fast for me, since I was swimming fly)
2 x 100 free 1:35
2 X 50 choice :55
200 free/stroke by 50

Second set:
3 x 200 pull 2:55

Third set:
4 x 50 kick IM order 1:10
2 x 200: 50 swim, 50 drill, 75 kick, 25 hard Rest :20
4 X 75 kick/swim/kick by 25 1:30

Warm down 200 easy.

Total: 3,100 yards
