It has been pretty cold in Philly the last few days. I like cold weather, so I've been enjoying it. But you're right, it's probably the coldest weather I will be experiencing this winter. However, funkyplaid says it's rainy & chilly in SF right now.

I have no issues with a little chill, but downright cold is not fun, especially, after visiting Russia which was constantly in the negatives. Visiting cold... okay... but I'm freezing, no way. I think the weather is weird. My father said Florida was at 59 degrees the other night.

And aren't bodies funny? it was pretty cold Tuesday and I was working outside. Everytime something uh-oh happened (bumping tripod leg, battery alarm going off when I know I've got no spares left,) my body temp would spike, and I'd have to whip off hats and unzip for a bit.

I forgot to give you my pocket California youth translation card. Here are a few for your travels. It's best to accompany these quotes with the stereotypical surfer accent:
