I wasn't really sore, just completely exhausted. I slept in front of the fireplace at le Chateau for most of the evening on Saturday, but I felt recovered enough on Sunday to venture out for a few errands. Today I feel perfectly fine - in fact, I'm going to swim practice tonight.
