BTW, in an earlier entry, I self-imposed a deadline of Sunday 23 March to have the AFUE & St. Andrew's scholarship essays done. I did not hit the deadline; however, I did make significant progress on the St. Andrew's scholarship, completing the first draft. That's more progress than I had made in the previous two months, so I'll count it as a partial step forward.
