:10-15 rest for each rep, if not a fast rep then aerobic pace
1st time through = fly with fins
2nd time through = back
3rd time through = free
4th time through = breast

WARMDOWN = 200 yards
200 easy

Total workout = as written 5,200 yards in ~90 minutes. But we ran out of time.
I did 4,450 yards, including ALL of the butterfly (w00t!).
Cumulative distance with the Longhorns = 91,050 yards (51.7 miles).
