#whole30 WholeLent, Day 18.
Mar. 7th, 2015 08:36 pmSleep: eh. We went to First Friday last night & for some unfathomable reason, I had a cup of coffee at around 9:00 PM. Didn't fall asleep until way after midnight.
Breakfast: we went to Rupert's. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, cantaloupe, potato pancakes, & black coffee.
Lunch: tuna cake, slice of potato quiche, entire grapefruit, black Scottish breakfast tea.
Snack: 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce, handful of roasted salted almonds, coconut pie Larabar.
Dinner: we went to Chili Verde. I had tilapia ceviche, carne asada, guacamole, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, & a roasted poblano pepper. Yum yum yum!
Tomorrow - skiing at Vail.
