#whole30 WholeLent, Day 19.
Mar. 8th, 2015 08:02 pmSleep: fuck Daylight Savings Time right in the ear. I had a bad dream about oversleeping & woke up at 3 AM, then got up when the alarm went off (as scheduled) at 5 AM. Which felt like 4 AM. I hate Daylight Savings Time.
Breakfast (in the car): tuna cake, whole grapefruit, kim-chi, black Constant Comment tea.
Lunch: big salad from Two Elks Lodge, tons of water, apple pie Larabar.
Snack (post-skiing): lamb Epic bar, coconut pie Larabar, kombucha.
Dinner: another Wildtree crock pot meal: lemon-dill chicken & veggies. Another "eh" result, but it was nice to have a hot meal waiting when we walked in the door.
