Saturday

Sleep: Don't remember, actually. I slept in to about 7, then got up, made a sweet potato casserole (drinking a cup of Bloodless coffee as I cooked), & went to Liturgy Guild meeting to plan Holy Week. I took the casserole (the meeting was a breakfast potluck) & I ate a slice of it, some ham, a banana, & some other fruit while drinking another cup of coffee.

Lunch: still at the meeting, I ate more ham & fruit.

Dinner: leftover brisket & steamed broccoli.

Snack: chamomile tea w/collagen powder.

Sunday

Sleep: not good. Shoulder was hurting again.

Breakfast: HPG & I went out to Toast. I had a squash/onion/apple omelette topped with greens with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. I had breakfast potatoes on the side & a cup of coffee.

Exercise: HPG & I shoveled 1 ton of 1 1/2" gravel out of my truck to fill the area behind the garage. Gah. Not good for the shoulder.

Lunch: bowl of zuppa.

Dinner: smoked ribs & a bowl of zuppa. A few strawberries for dessert.
