#Whole30 #WholeLent Day 4b.
Mar. 17th, 2017 08:04 pmSleep: I went to bed late for no good reason. I got about 6.5 hours of decent sleep. I took 1,000 mg of regular Tylenol & between that & the cup of chamomile tea, I slept pretty well.
Breakfast: 4S casserole & Bloodless coffee.
I had a cup of black coffee to make it through the morning of asbestos supervisor training. There were donuts EVERYWHERE. But for once, I did not feel very tempted. I was full from eating a good breakfast, which helped. YAY!
Lunch: a huge lunch salad (deli chicken, lettuce, peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, Tessamae’s ranch dressing), one clementine, an EPIC lamb bar, & a LaCroix lemon.
I made a big pot of Zuppa Toscana. I blended it into creaminess with my immersion blender & it was delicious.
Dinner: 2 bowls of zuppa.
