Food log, Day 8c.
May. 9th, 2019 08:18 amBreakfast: sweet potato casserole, Siggi's mixed berry yogurt with blueberries, Irish breakfast tea with half'n'half & sugar.
Lunch: big bowl of chicken noodle soup (made with my best batch of bone broth yet, very gelatinous!), apple with cashew butter, black Irish breakfast tea.
Snack: monkey salad made with a banana, walnuts, pecans, & flaked coconut.
Dinner: half an 18" veggie pizza, a small Caesar salad, cinammon/icing knots, & a root beer.
