AA: cruller, Siggi's mixed berry yogurt, coffee with half'n'half & sugar.

Breakfast: sweet potato casserole.

Lunch: saag, chicken curry, & some peas.

Dinner (with Mary): chicken involtini, sauteed zoodles, steamed broccoli, Trader Joe's marinara sauce, grated Parmesan cheese.

Late: cup of chamomile tea with honey.

If you ignore what I ate at the AA meeting, today veered close to a Whole30 day...
