Food log, Day 1d.

Brunch (late-ish) at Barricuda's: East 11th Ave. skillet (two eggs over-easy on a bed of country potatoes with bacon, sausage, ham, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, & cheddar cheese), English muffin with jam, cranberry juice.
Lunch: skipped.
Dinner: baked salmon topped with tomato & avocado, green peas, & a Kroger bacon spinach salad.
Starting in June, I'm going to do a keto reset.
