I didn't talk to anyone from FEMA land. Of my nonFEMA friends, one was drunk and looking for a Shimp poboy, one was boarding up his house, and the other was going through the first's underwear drawer so I didn't get an answer on his phone.
They all have full tanks of gas, and a place to stay when they leave town.
