Good plan. At least they wouldn't have to instruct the locals in proper soccer fan rioting behavior.

I just worry about the effect it would have on orange slice prices all up and down the east coast.

Ahhh, Philly sports fans never riot, we just boo when it's called for.

If we brought the World Cup to Buffalo, can you imagine the endless tiebreaker kicks?
