300 easy choice
6 x 100 1/3 kick, 1/3 drill, 1/3 swim freestyle :20 rest (This was an idiotic set. How am I supposed to kick 33 1/3 meters? A better set would've been 4 x 150 50 k/50 d/50 s)

Main set (1,500 m):
All intervals on 1:00/50 meter base. Goal: maintain even pace throughout entire set.
300 pull free 6:00
2 x 150 free 3:00
3 x 100 free 2:00
6 x 50 free 1:00
300 free 6:00

200 m easy stretchout

IM set (800 m):
8 x 50 IM order 1:20
4 x 100 IM 2:30

Warmdown:
200 easy

Total: 3,600 meters

CV: your workouts are much worse than mine, because they involve getting hit alot.
Marasca: I know it's jabber. That's why it's behind a cut. I'm amused that everyone read this workout & not last week's (http://www.livejournal.com/users/angledge/48244.html), which had a funny story AND a photo.
