6 x 100 1/3 kick, 1/3 drill, 1/3 swim freestyle :20 rest (This was an idiotic set. How am I supposed to kick 33 1/3 meters? A better set would've been 4 x 150 50 k/50 d/50 s)
Main set (1,500 m):
All intervals on 1:00/50 meter base. Goal: maintain even pace throughout entire set.

3 x 100 free 2:00
6 x 50 free 1:00
300 free 6:00
200 m easy stretchout
IM set (800 m):
8 x 50 IM order 1:20
4 x 100 IM 2:30
