WARMUP
400 swim choice (me = 50 free, 25 something else)
300 drill (me = variety of free drills: catchup, thigh brush, royal wave, roll, fist)
200 kick (me = mishmash)
(I can't remember the first set - it had some 75s on a pretty easy interval)
MAIN SET
50 25s on a decreasing interval
15 reps on :35 (I alternated fly/free)
15 reps on :30 (I alternated choice/free)
10 reps on :25 (all free)
10 reps on :20 (I couldn't hold the interval & ended up basically swimming a hard 250)
PULL SET
5 x 100 pull on 1:40

200 easy
