Sleep: I followed my normal before-bed routine last night, but tossed & turned for a long while before falling asleep. I also woke up several times during the night before waking up for good at 7:00 AM. Not sure what was going on there. Energy level stayed good throughout the day, but it's now only 9:30 PM & I'm yawning.

Breakfast: prosciutto muffin, slice of sweet potato quiche, half an avocado, navel orange, black Scottish breakfast tea.

Lunch: the last of Mama's spaghetti sauce spooned over chicken from the roast on Saturday, salad, kombucha.

I put one of the Wildtree meals (dill lemon chicken & vegetables) in the slow cooker to be ready for dinner.

Dinner: Dill lemon chicken with carrots & zucchini, & leftover coconut-almond green beans. Entirely underwhelming taste, although the chicken was lovely, moist & tender. I went to a lecture tonight where dinner was being served, so I took an apple, a lamb Epic bar, & a coconut Larabar to eat. Not the greatest dinner ever, but I got through a social situation involving food, so I count it a victory.
