WholeLent, Day 5.
Feb. 22nd, 2015 06:18 pmSleep: I followed my before-bed routine & slept very well.
Breakfast:
hotpantsgalore & I went to Rupert's on the Edge for breakfast this morning. I had a three-egg omelette with sausage, mushrooms, & spinach, with bacon on the side, & black coffee. I guarantee that the bacon had sugar in it, & I suspect the omelette was cooked in butter. But it was a somewhat Whole30-compliant meal, & it was important to HPG that we went out together, since she left after we ate for her three-month work assignment in Gillette. Sometimes Whole30 & Life have to reach a compromise.
Lunch: I drank a cup of bone broth. I really wasn't hungry.
Dinner: leftover curried pork chops & carrots over broccoli, with the last of the roasted sweet potatoes from last night.

Snack: herbal tea & apple pie Larabar.
No cooking at all today.
