WARMUP = 600 yards
150 each swim/kick/pull/build
DEDICATED SET = 2,450 yards
49 x 50 - one 50 for each person slain
1-10: odds swim free 1:15, evens kick free 1:45
11-20: IM Plus - IM order plus 50 choice, twice through, 1:25
21-30: free BUILD by 50, 5&10 all out, 1:15
31-40: 1/2 length underwater, finish free 1:45
41-49: fun 50s suggested by team members!
Total workout = 3,050 yards in ~85 minutes.
I did 3,000 yards (I skipped a 50 in the warmup).
2016 cumulative distance = 34,075 yards (19.4 miles).
