Day Eight, feeling great. It's nice to realize that I've zipped through the first week more-or-less on autopilot.

Sleep: OK. Maybe 7.5 hours, a couple of interruptions. Thankfully my shoulder wasn't hurting.

Breakfast: 3S casserole & blended coffee (collagen powder, coconut oil, ghee). I think I like it better without the ghee.

Exercise: Took both dogs on an ~15-minute walk, then 2,800 yards swimming.

Lunch: two spicy tuna cakes, then tons of mixed veggie zoodles, some covered with pesto sauce & some with Mama's spaghetti sauce & an Italian sausage. I drank a lime LaCroix. This meal was surprisingly unappetizing. The butternut squash zoodles were mushy, I accidentally put the pesto on the plate & then nuked it (pesto tastes better cold), & the pesto & tomato sauces really didn't work well together. Won't make that mistake again. Sadly I have another serving of the goopy zoodles to eat tomorrow. Happily I also have more pesto - may make some meatballs to pair with them (& better zoodles).

Snack: EPIC lamb bar & coconut cream Larabar. I'm still hungry. Must be the swimming.

Dinner: Trivia night at the Doghouse Tavern. I had a Doghouse burger without the bun (so beef burger, chipotle sauce - likely non-compliant, "avocado salsa" which was indistinguishable from guacamole, lettuce, tomato, pickle) on French fries. I drank water & had a ball with Team JAMS. We came in second. AGAIN.
