#Whole30 #WholeLent Day 10.
Mar. 10th, 2017 05:09 pmSleep: I didn't want to take sleeping pills again, so I used some of HPG's home-grown "sleep aid" last night to cut the shoulder pain down to a manageable level. Waaaay better than pharmaceutical sleep aids - much more gentle & no hangover.
Breakfast: last slice of the 4S casserole & blended coffee (coffee & coconut oil).
Exercise: 2,800 yards swimming - good workout!
Lunch: leftover chicken prosciutto involtini & cauliflower mash, garden salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, & Tessamae's balsamic dressing), & half a multi-green kombucha.
Exercise: took Shadeaux for the Loretto Heights loop, about two miles & almost exactly 40 minutes.
Dinner: butter chicken served over cauli-rice & steamed spinach.
'Scuse me, I gotta go make another 4S casserole before it's time to take Hobbes to Playful Pup.
