Food journaling.

Yes, I'm toying with the idea of doing a Whole30 again. Why? Because I need to get my eating back under control. And hey, the hardest part - no alcohol - really isn't an issue any more. I might consider doing a slightly relaxed Whole30, where I allow myself legumes. That way I can try to keep the meat content a little bit lower.
One thing that usually helps me get my food intake under control is journaling. So..... let's start with that.
AA: one cup of horrible coffee with bad creamer & sugar.
Breakfast: two slices of bacon, two eggs scrambled with Parmesan cheese, a Spinach Florentine bialy, mixed fresh fruit. One cup of tea, Earl Grey, hot.
Lunch: a Conflicted burger (one Black Angus beef patty & one veggie burger) topped with fried avocado, small fries with ketchup, & lots & lots of Coca-Cola.
Dinner: a bowl of cookies & cream ice cream. Yes, Houston, we have a problem.
