AA: vanilla Icelandic yogurt, one cup of bad coffee with creamer & sugar.

Breakfast: three eggs scrambled with milk, Parmesan cheese, & baby spinach. Sauteed in a mixture of butter & olive oil. Izzy's pomegranate soda.

Lunch: ... I think I skipped?

Snack: I ate some Fritos. Drank another pomegranate soda.

Dinner: Park Tavern with [personal profile] hotpantsgalore, which was enjoyably non-dramatic. I had a Blue Shroom burger (beef burger, mushrooms, spinach, horseradish-blue cheese sauce) & sweet potato fries.

I'm letting days slip by without action. It's getting easier & easier. This needs to change. How???
