Before AA: Paleo Southern casserole.

AA: coffee with half'n'half, blackberry Noosa yogurt.

Swimming (2,150 yards mostly with fins).

Lunch: a quart of zucchini soup, an apple with almond butter, & a package of beets.

Snack: two naan with ghee.

Dinner: tart cherry Noosa yogurt.
