Food log, Day 1c.
May. 2nd, 2019 06:27 pmBreakfast: at Tom's Diner with Pastor R*. I had two cups of coffee with half'n'half & sugar, & a plate of huevos rancheros (2 eggs over-easy, 2 flour tortillas, potatoes, chorizo, cheese, & pork green chili).
Lunch: at the Park Tavern, trying to watch the Rockies game. Two glasses of Coke, one Buffalo Bill burger (ground bison, bacon, onions, cheese, BBQ sauce) & loaded sweet potato fries.
Dinner: took the extra curry sauce & carrots & added chicken breast - voila! New meal! I also made Instant Pot Saag (no paneer). Add leftover brown rice from my Thai food Grub Hub order on Sunday. YUM.
