Typical day really.
Dec. 5th, 2019 10:00 pmSleep: I took an Advil PM last night, along with my 5-HTP & magnesium. SH says I slept from 9:50 PM to 6:20 AM, 8 ½ hours. I think I was asleep more like 10:15 PM to 6:00 AM, call it 7 ¾ hours. However long it was, I awoke feeling rested but slightly groggy. No headache, back feels good, neck is slightly stiff. About par for the course for a day after a chiropractic adjustment.
Program: Kneeling prayer this morning.
Food: I had early coffee w/cream, then & drank a mug of bone broth around 9 AM. I ate my breakfast casserole around 1:30 PM. Thirsty, thirsty, thirsty! I ate quite a lot of lemon meringue pie in the afternoon, but then dinner was Power Pork meatballs & kale. And more pie.
Exercise: I jogged/walked on the treadmill at work, 20 minutes/1.55 miles/14.1 minute per mile pace. 2,430 steps / 43 minutes active.
Mood: OK. A little bleak, but not as bad as yesterday.
Grats: 1. I got my new driver’s license (including taking a new photo) in EIGHT minutes. 2. M-M didn’t make it for dinner tonight, but M did, & we chilled & chatted. It was very relaxing & comfortable. 3. The rain didn’t turn to snow & it’s not that cold out.
