Me too.

A) My apt doesn't allow dogs
B) Even if it did, taking care of dogs is a LOT harder when you don't have a yard
C) Dogs are relatively high-maintenance animals, and my schedule is fucked-up enough that I couldn't take care of one by myself.

But I still want one...

Our apartment allows dogs, so A) isn't an issue for us. But B) & C) are definitely on my mind.
