First off: I've been thinking about this for a long, LONG time. There's a filtered post from way back in August 2006 that includes this line: "And now I'll tell you all something that I told Shay during our stay in Philadelphia: I'm going to marry her someday." That stay in Philadelphia was over Memorial Day 2006.
Second off: last Friday when hotpantsgalore & I were driving down to Delaware to go camping with xgreenjudasx, keilbasa_007, marasca, thereject, & others, HPG & I got to talking about weddings traditions. Long story short, she informed me that her father would "definitely" expect any suitor of hers to call him before proposing to get his blessing. Let's just say I was really glad I wasn't driving with this piece of information came up, because I would have driven off the road.
