Thanks for posting those. Somehow I didn't realize it was quite so bad. But then maybe none of these hurricanes seem so bad compared to the photos after Katrina...

So I'm trying posting instead:

Someone sent me this (http://community.livejournal.com/newyorkers/4449667.html?style=mine#cutid1) posting thinking the job sounded right up my alley. I just graduated from the Gallatin School Of Individualized Study in May of 2008 and have been working as a recycling coordinator at a for profit waste hauler and recycling company for the past 3 months. My job is great, but they're looking to transfer our company completely to Newark in the coming year. I live and bike from Brooklyn, so this isn't ideal for me. I also worked at a recycling shop for 2 and a half year before this job and miss working outdoors. I would love to hear more about this position if it is still available.
