I got one REALLY nice knife from my parents (an 8" Henckel Professional) & then a bunch of pretty good knives from hotpantsgalore (Henckel Internationals). Both are a huge step up from the knives I have now, which have handles that are supposed to fit well in your hand. I bet they're great for righties, but they SUCK for lefties.
