Sleep: good, except that I went to bed later than I should have. Blame The Walking Dead, again.

Breakfast: slice of sweet potato quiche, half an avocado, blueberries, a ghee-fried tuna cake, black Constant Comment tea. The tuna cake fell apart while frying & still doesn't taste as good as I want it to. I will keep experimenting with this recipe though, because I am determined to get more seafood in my diet.

Lunch: the last of the pork/squash/kale stew, baby asparagus with Primal Kitchen mayo (OMGYUM!), olives, salad (bell peppers, cucumber, carrot, dressing), & a mug of bone broth.

 Small plates of big flavor.

Dinner: finished off the gumbo z'herbes & ate a turkey Epic bar & an apple pie Larabar before heading to book club.

Snack: handful of roasted salted almonds, a navel orange, & some olives.
