Sleep: eh. We went to First Friday last night & for some unfathomable reason, I had a cup of coffee at around 9:00 PM. Didn't fall asleep until way after midnight.

Breakfast: we went to Rupert's. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, cantaloupe, potato pancakes, & black coffee.

Lunch: tuna cake, slice of potato quiche, entire grapefruit, black Scottish breakfast tea.

Snack: 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce, handful of roasted salted almonds, coconut pie Larabar.

Dinner: we went to Chili Verde. I had tilapia ceviche, carne asada, guacamole, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, & a roasted poblano pepper. Yum yum yum!

Tomorrow - skiing at Vail.

Over halfway, actually. It's still going to be 30 days on the Whole30. For the rest of Lent I will be doing food reintroductions.

The health changes this time haven't been as dramatic, mostly because I tried to eat clean between my November Whole30 attempt & this one. But my hair, skin, & nails look really good - nails in particular. My energy levels feel more stable throughout the day - no after-coffee spike, no mid-morning crash, etc. My nose isn't clogged - something I never noticed until last November, my nose is perennially clogged (likely a grain or dairy sensitivity & supposedly quite common).
