#whole30 WholeLent, Day 24.
Mar. 13th, 2015 09:31 pmSleep: baaaaaad. I fell into the pit named ancestry.com last night & didn't go to bed until 1:30 AM. I feel fine now, but that isn't gonna last. Today is gonna be a tea-chugging day for sure.
Breakfast: prosciutto muffin, slice of sweet potato quiche, half an avocado, half a grapefruit, black Scottish breakfast tea.
Lunch: lemon-dill chicken & veggies, salad (spring mix, carrots, peppers, cucumber, Tessamae balsamic dressing).
Snack: coconut cream Larabar & kombucha.
Dinner: Simms Steakhouse. 7 oz. filet mignon, asparagus, baked potato topped with bacon & chives. Super overpriced meal, not very satisfying. The chef had no non-dairy options for anything. Lame. For a restaurant of this supposed caliber, there should be SOME creativity in the kitchen.
