Sleep: followed my routine, slept like a top (Huh?). 10 PM - 6:30 AM.

Breakfast: Hmmm. I think the greasy BLATs from last night's dinner are weighing me down this morning. I am normally a big fan of breakfast, but this morning even a cup of tea is unappetizing. I finally had a mug of barnyard bone broth, some blackberries, & a cup of black Constant Comment tea.

Lunch: prosciutto muffin, slice of sweet potato quiche, half an avocado, & half a sweet potato, roasted with coconut oil & pumpkin pie spice.

Snack: kombucha.

Dinner: Chile Verde repeat, ceviche appetizer & carne asada platter for entree (guacamole, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms).
