6 x 100 free: 25 kick, 25 drill, 50 swim :15 rest
6 x 100: 25 kick stroke, 25 stroke, 50 free :15 rest

200 IM: 25 kick, 25 swim :30 rest
4 x 50 free: slow, medium, hard, recover :15 rest
:45 additional rest
Repeat 2x.

200 free :30 rest
4 x 50 free: slow, medium, hard, recover :15 rest
:45 additional rest
Repeat 3x.

Warmdown: 200 meters choice.
