300 50 free/25 stroke
300 free swim
200 kick choice
300 pull free

The Puking Set of 200s:
4 x 200 free 2:50 (My lane couldn't even come close to making this interval. 3:15 would've been reasonable)
2 x 200 IM 3:30
2 x 200 free 3:00 (We dug deep & made this one, but it hurt. A lot.)

Kick Set:
4 x 100 kick, IM order 2:20 (100 fly, 100 back, etc.)

Hero Set:
2 x 100 free 1:40
4 X 125 50 drill/50 kick/25 build, IM order :10 rest

200 warmdown

Total: 4,000 yards. That's right, 4,000 yards in just under 1 1/2 hours. Woof.
