Sleep: SH didn’t give me a sleep estimate last night, for whatever reason. I think I slept about 8 hours.

Program: Kneeling prayer this morning.

Work: I actually got some BioWatch work done.

Food: 3-egg veggie omelette with two chicken sausages for breakfast. Leftovers plate for a late lunch. Mustard chicken, sweet potato, & steamed broccoli for dinner, followed by pumpkin pie.

Exercise: 20 minutes on the rowing machine at the Wellness Center. I was basically doing 2 minutes hard / 1 minute easy.

Mood: All right. I had a headache for most of the day, that became a horrible headache by bedtime. Mom really, really, REALLY wanted to watch "Kinkyboots" on TV, so I stayed awake to watch that & it made my head ache more.
