Shall I ship you some of my drugs? I've had a chest cold and cough since last Friday - when I officially lost my voice. I've sounded like a colony of frogs has camped out in my throat this week. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon - hopefully I'll feel a bit better by tomorrow. Going to Tricia's house for a bit of turkey, pecan pie, and sweet potato souffle. Yummers. I hope the frogs in my throat will agree.

Thanks for the offer, but since I just threw up my dinner & I've got a really bad case of chills, I'm guessing the diagnosis ain't a cold, but more likely is flu.

Poor thing! I just got back from the doctor's office - medication in hand. Hopefully you will be able to recover with rest and lots of fluids. Hang in there!

Group project worth 40% of grade due Friday, leaving for London Friday (weekend with family for belated Thanksgiving celebration), Christmas ceilidh Monday. Also working on an essay (40% of grade) & presentation (20% of grade), both due next week. And let's not forget the Java Assignment From Hell, still lurking on the back burner.
